Ways to Pay
There are several ways to pay your Water Bill. You can pay it in person (by appointment), mail it in, or pay it online
Pay in Person
Please note that people coming into Village Hall will be required to wear a mask and will be screened for COVID-19 upon entering the building. If a customer fails to wear a mask or does not pass the screening process, they will be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Navigating Xpress Pay
- Step 1. Visit https://pay.xpress-pay.com
- Step 2. Customer Code: Must be 4 digits long. Add a 0 to the end of your account number from bill. Ex: Account #002 is 0020, #101 is 1010. If you need assistance finding customer code do not hesitate to call office.
- Last Name: The last name that is on your account is under. Commercial users, use full business name.
- Step 3. Go to checkout.

E-Check: We will cover the fee
Credit Card: You will be charged a processing fee
- AutoPay Customers
We will no longer be manually processing autopays. If you’d like to set up autopay you can also do it on this site.
Autopay can be selected by “create a scheduled payment” and then choosing how ofter to schedule the payment.

When are bills sent out?
Meters are ran on the 25th of each month. The water department has 5 business days to fix any possible issues with bills. Once bills are mailed, the customer has 20 business days from maildate of bill due.
We are currently working on a new water ordinance where a consistent date is due for each month.
Why is there a $6 fee on my bill?
For customers on waster system, there is an additional $6 monthly maintenance & rehabilitation fee for residents connected to the wastewater system.
What is the Residential Base Rate?
The Residential Base Rate is $16.58 (3,000 gal.)
3,000-5,999 gallons: $2 (per 1,000 gal)
6,000-8,999 gallons: $2.50 (per 1,000 gal)
9,000-11,999 gallons: $3 (per 1,000 gal)
12,000-19,999 gallons: $3.50 (per 1,000 gal)
20,000 gallons and up: $4.00 (per 1,000 gal)
What is the Commercial Base Rate?
The Residential Base Rate is $27.65 (3,000 gal.)
3,000-5,999 gallons: $4.25 (per 1,000 gal)
6,000-8,999 gallons: $4.75 (per 1,000 gal)
9,000-11,999 gallons: $5.25 (per 1,000 gal)
12,000-19,999 gallons: $5.75 (per 1,000 gal)
20,000 gallons and up: $6.25 (per 1,000 gal)
What is the late charge?
A late payment charge of 10% of the monthly water charge shall be imposed for failure to pay the montly water charges by the date due i.e., within twenty (20) days after the date of mailing the monthly statement
