The Village recently completed the process of codifying our ordinances. The Code of Ordinances for the Village of Tijeras was formally adopted by the Village Council on August 22, 2022. The electronic version of the Code, hosted by Municode, serves as a centralized and user-friendly resource for the public and is the best place for citizens to view the Village’s ordinances. Resolutions

Resolutions are formal declarations of the Village Council. Most Village resolutions pertain to the internal policies of the Village, its elected officials, and its staff.

To request a copy of any of the Village’s resolutions, contact the Clerk’s Office by sending an email to clerk@tijerasnm.gov or by calling (505) 281-1220. Citizens may inspect resolutions or obtain physical copies of resolutions by visiting our offices during normal business hours.
